CANCEL/RESCHEDULE
Cancellation or Reschedules within 24 hours or less of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus a 15% gratuity charge.

Airport transfer delays due to airline weather mandated delays are rescheduled to the revised arrival time at no additional charge.

All payments for services in Stretch Limos, Party Buses and other specialty vehicles are non-refundable once booked.

WAITING TIME
Wait time charges begin 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Waiting Time charges are assessed at the hourly rate of $85 per hour for SUV’s, $70 per hour for Sedans, and the hourly price of the rental for stretch limos and party buses.

OUT OF AREA SERVICES
Pick up or return fees may apply for pickups or drop offs outside the Greater Houston metro area. You will be advised of any such fees as soon as possible prior to the scheduled pick up time.

SPECIAL EVENT PRICING
Special event pricing will apply at rates confirmed with the passenger or posted on this site during booking.

NO SHOWS
A no show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 15% service charge plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the requested location.

To avoid a no show fee, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

OFF PEAK HOUR SERVICES
Services during off peak hours of 12:00AM to 6:30AM, are subject to off peak surcharge of an additional 20% charge.

ADMINISTRATION & VERIFICATION:
Credit card information and Texas Driver’s License may need to be verified at the beginning of your reservation.

SMOKING:
For the comfort of all passengers, we do NOT allow smoking in any of our vehicles. Upon request, our friendly drivers will be happy to stop and let passengers out for any smoke breaks desired by the customer. There is a minimum $500 fee assessed for smoking in any SUV or sedan. If smoking occurs, the reservation or trip will be terminated with no refunds available.

SICKNESS - MOTION OR OTHER:
Upon request, our friendly drivers are happy to pull safely to a stop so that any sick passengers may take care of any needs. There will be a minimum $250 clean up fee for any sickness that occurs inside the vehicles. Clean up fees will be added as needed for excessive drink spills, food mess, or excessive mud on the carpet. A lost revenue fee of $150 per hour of time from drop off until vehicle and driver are able to return to service will be added to clean up fees.

DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE:
The reserving client is responsible for any damage caused by any passenger during the reservation or trip time, including damage caused by anyone in the reserving client’s party. A lost revenue fee of $150 per hour of time from drop off until vehicle and driver are able to return to service will be added to vehicle damages.

OVERAGES:
Overages are common in SUV and Sedan rentals when stops are made on fixed price routes. The overage amount will be applied to the credit card we have on file for the trip, and a receipt will be sent the following week. Please check with your driver to determine if an overage will occur to make sure that the vehicle is available for the additional time. We charge for overages in 30 minute minimum increments.

PERSONAL ITEMS:
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Our drivers check their vehicles after the final drop to ensure nothing is left behind. If you do lose an item, please email our office and we will check the vehicle for your belongings.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
We do not allow any illegal activity at any time during a reservation or trip. It will be at the discretion of the driver to terminate a reservation or trip in the event of illegal activities. This includes unruly or belligerent behavior occurring during the trip. We also reserve the right to refuse future service to any passenger whose reservation or trip was terminated for illegal activities or unruly or belligerent behavior.

ALCOHOL:
If you are 21 years of age or older, you are welcome to bring any alcoholic beverages you would like to have during the trip. The reserving client is responsible for and will be charged cleaning fees for any spills of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. The reserving customer is responsible for all behavior by the passenger and his/her guests and will be fully responsible for any fines or penalties assessed by law enforcement for such behavior. We are not licensed or permitted to provide alcoholic beverages to or for our clients.

All advertised per person rates are valid only with four or more people in the vehicle. Fewer than four seats purchased will make it a shared ride with another party. You may purchase four seats and occupy fewer seats in order to guarantee a private vehicle.
